I was checking the guidance notes the other day (sad I know) and it states

'The debtor should be advised that it is an offence to make false representations or to conceal assets or to commit any other fraud for the purpose of obtaining creditor approval to the Trust Deed'

I wonder under what legislation this would be an offence?

Mark
