I don't want to guide you, but am slightly worried why the TD or Seq was not discussed by Invocas or New Tomorrow at any stage. Given your circumstances, I am more than concerned at the level of payment in the DMP when you are struggling to survive day to day by the sounds of it.

I know a few of the Remax guys who deal in letting and will ask about and hopefully get some guidance/assistance. Which area in Renfrewshire (Don't worry I don't need the street name and number)

Regarding your post from yesterday you could indeed contact Invocas regarding setting up a Trust Deed or sequestration.

Mark & Kevin who have helped answering your questions are an alternative (they've been very shy/modest in putting themselves forward!!) and are contactable via a form on the bottom of their profiles (on the menu on the left).

Both individuals (and their firms) have received great feedback from previous trust-deed.co.uk visitors who have gone on to do Trust Deeds which is why we're so proud to have them involved in the site.
