I have the chance to move to full time in my work.
The way it would work out would be I would be full time for 3-4 months before reaching the end of my PTD.

I know I won't benefit from more income during this period but. I wanted to check out if because I will now have a lot more to contribute to the deed, is there a chance my trustee would want to extend the term beyond three years to allow my creditors to benefit more fully from my change of circumstances?

It's a straight forward deed in that I have no assets.

Thanks

Hi downandout,

Your Trust Deed term would not be extended simply because your circumstances have improved, you'll be glad to know. You have signed up over a specific period and it would only be if you had missed payments or were having to pay extra to retain assets that your payments would be extended.
