Hi There,
My PTD finished in January 2010, so i am now one year into when it finished.
All of my creditors have marked my accounts as settled\satisfied on my credit reports apart from one. This one is Next Directory, i have written to them twice now, asking for them to update my credit file so that the account shows as settled, with the letters i have sent them copies that the PTD is now completed and that the account has been settled so they need to update my account, however still no response from them. Any ideas on what i can do to have them update my credit files to settled\satisifed?
The next thing is that i am now in year 4 of 6 years when my PTD should be removed from my credit file, one thing i was wondering though, when i check my credit report it does not show as staisifed even though it finished a year ago, should it show as satisfied on my credit file? Or will it just remain on my file as unstatisified until the 6 years are up? If it should say satisifed then what do i need to do to get this done?
Appreciate any help you can provide.

Hello gjackson182 and welcome to the forum.
None of us could decribe ourselves as being credit record experts, but I'll do my best to answer your questions based on my understanding.
Regarding Next Directory I would suggest that if you have given them plenty of opportunity to update your credit file following the end of your trust deed that you now write to them with a formal complaint. Hopefully that will ensure that someone within their organisation gets this done for you.
I'm not at all sure that a protected trust deed is actually marked as being "satisfied" on a credit record following completion. Hopefully someone else will be able to confirm the position on this.

Thanks TDA, I will send in an official complaint and see how i get on.
If anyone knows the answer to my other query i would appreciate any feedback.

I don't think the trust deed shows as satisfied on your credit report, just the debts - though your discharge is recorded in the Register of Insolvencies.
