hey advisers, does it make a difference if a large % of your debt is from a gambling history?

Hi balph

The answer is no as creditors don't receive a report on the history of the debt.

As long as you are able to agree and maintain a reasonable and acceptable payment, I see no issues.

Hello balph,

From the perspective of the support team we have been contacted by a number of people where the debt issue is rooted in gambling.

Many have decided to enter into Scottish Trust Deeds which have been acceptable to their creditors.
