finally 14 months after the form 5 was sent I got my form 6 in the post. no explanation for the delay but happy non the less.

That's good to hear bsmith1986.
As we've said quite a lot here, the Form 5 is really the "big one". However it's clear that many people welcome the end of the involvement of their trustee as well.

It's a good point TDA as I dont think there's a requirement for Form 6 to be issued to anyone other than the creditors when the Trustee is seeking their discharge. However as you say, Form 5 is the main doc as this is the Trustee stating that the person has fully completed the Trust Deed and is accordingly discharged from it.
