I got mine in the post yesterday. Am I right in thinking that that is the final line drawn under my Trust Deed? Was nice to get but not a patch on the elation of the Form 5! [:)]

Glad that's over with....

Hi upstream

Form 6 is the trustee requesting his discharge from creditors. After 14 days he is discharged and then submits ( wait for it!) Form 7 to the AIB. Their discharge is then recorded in the ROI.

By my reckoning they will receive their discharge on Friday 13th!

On the day of the discharge (our form 7 being due today)is there anything for us to see as evidence? I checked with CF and understand that 'in due course' it will appear on the AiB website. How long does that take? The expression 'seeing is believing' comes to mind!!

Hi RoseG.

Your trustee provides the information to the AIB. The AIB then has to upload it onto their website.

It might take a couple of days for all that to progress.

Well done ! , I am still waiting for my form 5 since the 4th of November last year .

No replies to my emails, and my complaint to the IPA against my ex Trustee has been going on for 16 months , and nothing heard from the IPA for the first three months of this year , glad you have some headway .
