Thanks everyone!

Can I just ask 1 question -

The form 5 stated I shouldn't obtain any assets or sell any (I've none to sell)
Can I start saving eg saving account, credit union or my works share scheme or should I stash my monthly trust deed payment elsewhere? ie in husbands name

Janjan..

Hi janjan

Strange letter as once you are discharged then you are free to acquire assets, save money etc.

Hi janjan,

Well done on the successful completion of your Trust Deed.

I'd agree with Mark in that its a bit of a strange thing to say about assets etc as you are now discharged. Maybe give them a call to clarify things regarding that and let us know what they say.

Assets aside, good luck for the future and enjoy the extra money. Have a browse on the forum as there is a lot of useful information on how to repair your credit rating etc if that's something you want to do.
