My final payment to my trust deed was 1st march this year what I would like to know is how long is a reasonable time to wait before I receive my form 5.

Assuming there are no other payments the trustee is waiting for from you , eg for an asset or such like, then I'd say you should be contacting your trustee now to ask why it hasn't been done already.

What company are you with? I made my last payment on 29th December and got my form 5 28th February, I was with Knightsbridge and took a good few weeks of hounding them.
Hope you get it soon 🙂
