I made my last and 51st payment on 28th August and have not yet received my Form 5, what is an average time to receive this form? I have no outstanding PPI issues as KPMG wrote to me in May of this year informing me that they had received all payments with regard to this, are there any other reasons that would cause a delay?

Hi ronnie46uk.

Two possible reasons for a delay are:

1: you have outstanding responsibilities, perhaps for assets.

2: your trustee hasn't yet done the work to issue your Form 5.

Best to ask them when you can expect it I think.

It would seem reasonable to expect your form 5 by now, assuming there are no other outstanding issues.

Thaks for replying so quickly, no assets problems as I made payments for 15 months to pay equity in my house. I will contact Trustee again and ask about delay

I spoke to someone in KPMG today who informed me that nothing had been done to issue my Form 5 but he would prioritize it asap. Unfortunately I cannot say that my experience with KPMG has been good and I certainly would not recommend them!

I was with KPMG and they only took a week after my last payment to issue my Form 5 so hopefully they'll prioritise it like they say!

Glad that's over with....
