Just a quickie....
what exactly is Form 5, and is it something I need to fill out or my trustee?

The form 5 is the discharge of debtor form. There is nothing you have to do just keep this form in a safe place for future reference.

Hi amorphous
At the end of a trust deed the Trustee should;
1. Send you Form 5 and a copy to the AIB. This is your discharge.
2. Send Form 6 to the creditors seeking his own discharge.
3. After 14 days send Form 7 to the AIB.
The above concludes the winding up of the Trust Deed.
