Have been looking at this forum for quite a while now and finally took the plunge to contact one of the experts regarding trust deed for myself and my husband.

Have to admit I was a bit anxious, as the forum seems to be full of cases that have gone wrong in one form or another, of late.

Having met Mark McFadyen at my home for a chat, I am extremely relieved and my mind is at ease. Just waiting on him coming back to me with best solution for our circumstances, but feel very relieved and less stressed now that I have spoken to him in person.

Don't be disillusioned by some of the horror stories you might read, people are always quick to say when things go wrong but not so when everything is straight forward.

Have faith, trust your instincts, and if trust deed is the way to go then so be it. I have every faith in Mark giving me the right advice and information.

Hi lizs.

It's really kind of you to take the time to add your thoughts to the forum. It's also really good to hear your feedback about Mark. Within the site's advice team we hear a lot of positive feedback about the services provided by Mark, Kevin and Julie as well as some other trust deed companies who also provide an excellent service.

There certainly are some horror stories in this forum where the same issues, which could have been easily avoided if things had been handled properly from the outset, come up time after time. Hopefully this information helps to equip other people with the information that they need before going ahead with a trust deed themselves.

The fact remains though that when we did a survey last Autumn the great majority of people were very happy that they had made the right decision to go ahead with a trust deed, albeit with s significant minority questioning whether they had chosen the best company to help them.
