Hi

My Form 5 arrived this week and I am now discharged from my TD. I would like to express my thanks to those who keep up this Forum and in particular Kevin Mapstone who was instrumental in guiding me into the process back in 2013, not to mention the team at Apex who overseen the TD. I really cannot stress enough how helpful and supportive they all were right through this.

Keep up the amazing work you do in helping people turn their lives around.

Again, thank you for taking the time to post and congratulations.

I'm really glad that the forum was useful for you and that Kevin (and his former colleagues at Apex) were able to put you in this position today.

Hi portway

Thanks very much for your kind words - it is always nice to hear good feedback.

Is it really 3 years already? Really glad to hear that you are now in a much better place. Best wishes for your future.

Kevin

Should I be concerned that I didn't get a Form 5? I got a letter confirming discharge and it's showing as such on the AIB search.

Thanks.

You can request the form if you think it will be useful heehaw.

Your discharge became official when the entry went onto the register of insolvencies though.

Did you move house at some point, heehaw? Maybe they sent it to th wrong address.
The main thing is that it shows on the Register of insolvencies that you have been discharged so it online worry a long as you have checked this.

Hi portway,

Well done on successfully completing your Trust Deed and receiving your Form 5 discharge!

It's good to see another happy individual debt free with a positive experience with the firm and advisor they dealt with. A well done to Kevin and Apex too!
