Hi so just wanted to feedback after a LONG time! I think I was one of the first people to actually have my Trust deed reopened by my ex trustee for a PPI claim and I received some great advice on here at the time. Today, after three years of worry, I have received a letter from my ex trustee confirming due to the Mond hearing the money involved is now mines enclosing a cheque for nearly £6,000. The letter also states after this they will be acting to have my trust deed closed again. The relief to know I’m getting my name off that register again is so huge. Just wanted to let everyone know to hold on because it’s been hell but I’m on the other side and so you can too

I'm really pleased for you Pascal12.
From memory I think you were certainly the first person that we heard from whose trustee had actually managed to re-open their trust deed.
