Hi there,

I am just about to submit my review heading into my final year with Wylie and Bisset. I might be getting a bit of ahead of myself but just wondering if there is anything that I should be doing in this year in preparation for finishing or will it all happen for me? Will there be another review due this time next year or do I just keep paying until Iโ€™m told not to? Suppose Iโ€™m just hoping that this final year goes without a hitch and I can finally see an end point!

There's nothing you need to do other than what you have no doubt been doing all way through - submitting your review information and paying your contributions.

Oh, and counting down the remaining payments to zero!

Thank you for taking time to reply Kevin. I think I have gotten a little bogged down reading other posts about how long it has taken for things to be tied up. Will this be my final review or will I be expected to submit another when my payments are completed?

Congratulations Mags - nearly at the finish line.

Once the final payment has been made, a Form 5 will be issued which is a certificate for discharge. The trustee will then finalise your case and pay remaining dividend payments to creditors.

A trustee is required to review the case annually so depending on when you make your final payment, you may still have to complete the form.

Please contact me directly should you require further clarification.
