What now?
Well done on making fyour final payment bsmith1986.
Assuming your trustee has dealt with such matters as PPI etc (and in many cases, even if they haven't) you can expect to receive a discharge certificate (Form 5). This would normally take a couple of weeks from your final payment as the Trustee has a few administrative steps to take before it can be issued.
Upon receipt you are formally discharged from your deed and can move on from there.
Your Trustee will then be required to carry out the distribution of funds to your creditors and seek his formal discharge.
There is an excellent article on repairing your credit history on this site which I am sure TDA will provide a link for.
Hi bsmith1986,
Well done on the successful completion of your Trust Deed payments.
Have you spoken with your relationship manager/Trustee since making you final payment? If not, I would give them a call to clarify what happens now and to make sure that they are now progressing the discharge and closure of your file.
As VOR has advised, you want to chase up your Form 5 which is your discharge certificate. Once you receive this you are formally discharged from your Trust Deed.
How have you found the whole Trust Deed process bsmith1986?

The process has been straight forward no hitches and I feel I have kept up to my side of the arrangements. 5 years has been a long haul and with another baby on the way I know where my spare money is going.
It's good to hear that your Trust Deed has run without any problems.
I'm sure your discharge certificate won't be too long in coming out in the post. As I said give them a quick call to chase this up.
With a baby on the way I'm sure the extra money will come in handy.
Good luck for the future and let us know when you receive your Form 5.
