So after a very quick 39 months we have made our final payments and are awaiting our formal discharge in the next month. It has flown by so quickly and entering a trust deed is the best thing we have ever done. Looking forward to a new year and finally being discharged! For anyone currently entering or thinking of entering a trust deed make sure you are well informed before embarking on the journey but if like me your debt was stopping you sleep at night it could be the best decision you ever make.

That's good to hear. I am currently considering one but I have lots of questions and have an appointment to discuss my options next Friday!

That's great to hear, Pip49. Trust Deeds can be a fantastic option in the right circumstances and it certainly seems that way for you.
