Understood TDA , hopefully coming events will shed more light on this firm , is there any way we can form an opinion poll on this site to rate firms , based on service etc , would be very helpfull for those think upon entering a PSTD , now that the terms of a deed look to be changed soon , I feel that I did not good advice at the onset of my deed , as many posts show . Listen to many voices. Not the one who seems to promise the most . Had I had more choices nearly SEVEN years ago , I would not have given a visualy impaired person a loaded AK47 and asked them to help me !! , WORD UP !![^]
Good idea. A 1 -5 rating for Customer service, Fees, Communication, Efficiency would be useful for those about to make a decision, ebay style.
Downfall is that, like ebay, different people have different expectations and measure a company / service against that. Not easy to make it objective.
For example, how long should it take to have an email / call answered?
Is it necessary to acknowledge receipt of information / documents ?
After initial set up, should there be only the client notifying the company of any relevant changes or should the company provide updates?
What events should cause an increase in fees?
I don't think it would take much for companies to have these things stated on their websites or in information leaflets given to clients at initial meetings.
Hi Guys, I have contacted wilson andrews and explained that I have seeked advice etc. The administrator agrees that £54 is not enough to live on etc. I have been asked to send in more wageslips etc. it seems that they calculated all my wages and divided by 11 ( months ) I have done the same and there is no way I have made £348 plus per month ( love to see their calculater and how they got that figure because it certainly isnt correct).I also reminded them that I stated at the start of my trust deed I would make more money and after speaking to my previous administrator and sending wageslips to her email( as requested by her ), she went off on long term sick and there was no correspondence for months. They still haven't obtained the emails I sent( hence why I wasnt aware of what was happening ).
The trustee is off this week however have been informed that this will be looked into- I reminded him of the errors made so far. I am still very disappointed with their service. If I do manage to get released from wilson andrews, can I contact a company/person who knows what they are doing etc and how soon after? . Still concerned that nothing will be done by WA even though they have made many errrors. I have also said that I will get all details together and email so I have correspondence in writing as advised. How quick can they correct this? thanks x

I think the very least they should be doing is returning your payments to the initial amount and then have a discussion with them as to what the increase (if any) should be based on expenditure. That would go a long way to improving the relationship as opposed to them just upping the payments without consultation.
Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!
Hi Blondina.
At this stage I think it's going to be best to try to work everything out with your firm.
You're eleven months in, and if this trust deed ended you'd probably find that most/all of these contributions will have been swallowed up by fees and costs. You'd then have to start again from scratch meaning there would be at least three years until you became debt free.
Hi Steven, Thanks for your offer to look into this for me. I have emailed both my Relationship manager and trustee ( who is off until next week ). Amy can you advise on where I can complete this form ( just in case ). Thanks

Hello Blondina.
It's just the "Contact TDA" button in my forum signature. Hopefully WA will respond to you directly but I have an email address to forward details to Steven directly if you'd like me to.
Hi all, My relationship manager emailed me and then we spoke on the phone. He high-lighted where this figure came from ( my Ex-employer printed out a wageslip wrong so it looked like my basic was up by £347 per month and not put it under commision !!) however he did agree also that there has been a huge lack of communication in regards to my first Relationship Manager going off long term sick). New contract sent, confirmation of new monthly payment getting sent to me and now its agreed that I email wageslip every month ( commission or not ) and he will work out and explain by email if i need to make an increased payment and how much pending commission. I can also make payment over the phone by card there and then so its dealt with. If for any reason my RM will change, he has promised me to let me know howver he asked me to call in if I dont hear from him when I email wageslip.
A little of good news with this case however waiting for this to be confirmed in writing etc. Feeling a bit more positive now.. onwards and upwards hopefully !!!
