I have been in a TD since April 2008 paying £210 pcm. I lost my job in March 2010 but continued to pay my trustdeed at the same monthly rate until May 2011 when I reduced it to £40 pcm. My TD should have finished on OCT 2011 had I continued to pay @ £210. I have been employed in temp positions and also worked abroad for a short period. I am due to go abroad in 2 days time for 6 months work. My TD accountants told me 12 months ago that i still owed £1200. I thought it was a lot less as I had paid overtime money towards it but that is counted as extra funds. The thing is, I will have been in a TD for 5 years come April. I received a call today from my TD (voicemail) asking that I phone them but by the time I heard it, it was after 6pm and they were closed. I think I still owe £720. What do you think is going to happen. Need to sleep tonight! I have a joint mortgage.

Welcome to the forum johnnyc1967.

Is there a particular reason why you're worried?

If not they're probably just looking for an update.

Will your new job allow you to finish making the agreed payments?

Maybe I'm not reading this correctly, but it seems rather harsh that you have paid across extra money from overtime but your trustee is not willing to offset this against those months where you couldn't pay the full amount.
