Iam currently going through a divorce, have three payments left to trustee, Taggarts. started PTD while i was separated, told they were not interested in matrimonial property if not being sold. Need to know how i can give my share and title of the property to my ex wife in order for a fair division on divorce. I took on all matrimonial debt on separation. Taggarts my trustee say i won't be free in March with the house as they now want any equity in the matrimonial property,ex wife and family are still living in the property and ex wife not on PTD, iam currently in rented accomadation, can't get divorced till this is settled, at wits end please help.
