Hi ive just found out ive roughly £10,000
In equity to be released from my flat , i'm at the end
Of my td , my last payment is this december.

I've no means of paying this amount of cash back ,
I'm not sure what options i have , it looks like i'll
Need to sell my flat .

Any help ir info would be brilliant

It depends I suppose on the level of contribution. Normal process would be to extend the trust deed period.

When you say you just found out- was that after a survey? Was it not discussed at the start?

Rockbottomsolidbase: yes i've just had a survey done . The company am with never organised
A survey at the start of my td , but as from reading on this forum it looks like the should have , my flat has prob dropped
In price my 20% in the last 3 years ,

Maybe that's a bonus in some ways?

If it was valued and the equity decided 3 yrs ago, the trustee would need to gather in a higher amount whilst you'd be unlikely to achieve that from a sale or refinance.
