My wife is in a trust deed, she is paying back all the equity in our matrimonial home.
The debts are all hers and the house is solely in her name.
I have recently looked at the family law partner rights and I beleive I have equity rights in our home but I am not sure how to implement them
Any advise would be welcome.

Sounds like you need to speak to a family lawyer, Naffy - I'm afraid we aren't experts in that field on this site.

Hi Naffy and welcome to the forum.

Just to echo what Kevin has said I think you would be best to speak with a family solicitor who regularly deals with matrimonial rights.

Same thoughts from me as well I'm afraid Naffy.

This falls outside of the expertise that we collectively have. A family lawyer would be the best source of advice about this.
