my trust deed paperwork tells me that its a 4 year trust deed and the 4th year is for the interst in my property.does this mean that the equity has been sorted out at the start of my td.any advice thanks.

It sounds like it weebill, but check with your trustee so you can be sure.

Is there a figure anywhere for the equity in the paperwork?

thankyou TDA.the actual wording is as follows:in order that creditors are recompensed for the equity in the property,this is a4 year td and the first 3 years contributions are payable out of my income as income contributions and the final year is my offer to secure my interst in the property at this time and release the trustees interst.does this look as if everythings ok. tanks.

Looks like it for sure weebill.

It's your trustee's interpretation that matters though so to be absolutely sure that the matter will be closed after four years check with them.

Looks like 1st 36 contributions are for contributions with the remaining 12 allotted for equity in the property.

thanks rob.as isaid it can get very confusing and worrying.and it is not much help when people want to kick you when your down.this whole country is full of bad people.

I agree the paperwork can be very confusing. A lot of information to take in and not something you may feel comfortable talkin about. That's the benefit of this forum!
