Hi , ive made my final payment into my trust deed 🙂
I have around £4500 equity sitting in my flat , due to a
Change of job i need to move away from my area . Is it
Possible for me to rent out my flat to pay this equity off as
I would need to rent a new house for my work ?
Any help or feedback would be brilliant 🙂

Sounds like a reasonable plan. You need to discuss this with your own trustee to get their opinion but sounds workable.
Well done for making the last payment!!

I agree that this sounds reasonable, you just need to get your trustee to agree as well!
I doubt that will be a problem so long as it will result in the equity being paid over relatively soon.
