Hi , ive made my final payment into my trust deed ๐Ÿ™‚

I have around ยฃ4500 equity sitting in my flat , due to a
Change of job i need to move away from my area . Is it
Possible for me to rent out my flat to pay this equity off as
I would need to rent a new house for my work ?

Any help or feedback would be brilliant ๐Ÿ™‚

Sounds like a reasonable plan. You need to discuss this with your own trustee to get their opinion but sounds workable.

Well done for making the last payment!!

Trust deed completed Jan 2012,Trustee discharge Nov 2012.
A new dawn.

Hello Edd82.

I agree that this sounds reasonable, you just need to get your trustee to agree as well!

I doubt that will be a problem so long as it will result in the equity being paid over relatively soon.
