Afternoon,

I've entered myself into a TrustDeed Through Trust Deed Scotland and Knightsbridge Insolvency to get myself out of debt as i found myself unable to keep up with my repayments as all i was doing was paying off the interest each month.
I'm a week away from my Trust deed being Protected from the 15th November. However I've Now started receiving Notice of Arrears letters in the post having stopped paying my Creditors from the 10th October.

However whats concerning me is that when I phone my Creditors to update them on the progress of my Trust deed Some have claimed they haven't received the documentation of my Trust Deed, and are asking me to call my adviser to get them to send out the pack again.

Is it worth calling Knightsbridge and telling them that some of my creditors are claiming not to have received the documents?

Welcome to the forum Sean1985.

I think it's worth speaking with your trust deed provider.

The chances are however that this is just an internal communication issue at each of these creditors. Most outsource dealing with trust deed proposals to third parties.

So long as you told your trustee about all of your creditors this should pose no issues for you.

This is a very common problem Sean1985. As Trust Deed Assistant says, it is invariably caused because the information is not passed on quickly by a creditor's agent to them or from one creditor department to another. It is unlikely that it will be the fault of your trustee.

I wouldn't worry about it. Once your trust deed is protected then let your trustee know of any creditors that are still contacting you and ask them to get in touch to stop them.
