Hi AnnieF
Excellent news. Glad it worked out, although they could have been a bit quicker!

Further to my last post saying that Invocas had agreed to send me my discharge letter I have been given the run around for the past two weeks. First of all the trustee 'was on holiday for a week but had come into the office and signed off the letter' then when nothing was received for another week 'oh sorry the trustee has been off sick for a week and hadn't actually signed the letter - hopefully he will be in next week but unfortunately I (person dealing with complaint) am off on annual leave as from today!!!) I have the name of another person to contact this week when inevitably the letter doesn't turn up. Absolute shambles and Invocas should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.
People, Invocas are one one the biggest companies around which handle trust deeds, there service is appauling to say the least, All of these companies make sure that there fees are paid 1st, mostly on a monthly basis, then your creditors, please watch them, there fees are estimated and may increase, unless the goverment has now capped them, i had a very bad experience with invocas, initially 4k fees iwas quoted, but due to the equity in my house which i sold and proceeds went into the trust deed, invocas fees increase 3fold to approx 13k,MY debtors got paid off with INTERST, and yours truly got left with ZIP.
BE AWARE BEFORE YOU SIGN, AS THIS IS LEGALLY BINDING.
I COULD HAVE SAVED A LOT OF MONEY IF I WENT INTO A DEPT MANAGEMENT PLAN.
