I completed the three years of my Trust Deed on 9 August 2009. I have heard absolutely nothing from my trustee. The last contact they made was June last year for my usual financial status update. Any suggestions on what I should do next?

Hi Sharon,
I would suggest that you call the office of your Trustee to get a status update.
If you are concerned about what you hear please let us know.

I'm surprised that you have heard nothing since June, as you should be copied into all circulars etc. Which firm are you with?
As TDA says, its probably best to call and write requesting an update.

The only contact over the three years of the Trust Deed after the intial set up was the six monthly financial status update letters I received. The company is W White & Co, Kilmarnock.
I am going to write to them.

That's strange as you should receive copy circulars.
Best bet is to write and request the information.
