Just received my discharge letter from my trust deed. YEE HA!!! Is that it? I was expecting the trustee to chase me for PPI payments. Can they still do this now I have the letter? Thanks for your time.

Hi Paul

The Trustee may still do this, although its unlikely. While he remains as trustee he still retains an interest in any potential PPI, however as you have received your discharge, hopefully he will be seeking his own discharge shortly and that will finalise things.

However well done, as you say, you are discharged from all parts of the Trust Deed.

Hi paul333,

Well done on the successful completion of your Trust Deed.

Give your Trustee a call and ask them the status with your file and when you expect them to seek their discharge.

Good luck for the future and enjoy the extra money per month.
