As of 4pm today my beloved home has been taken from me due to matters which are beyond my control.
I resisted as hard as I could , IPA and the AIB in Scotland you should be ashamed of your self's , toothless and spineless and often sadly lacking in moral judgement and implementation of the law .
You have not heard the last from me my revenge will be exacting and your deceit will come back to haunt you , I will take your reputation from you bit by bit , truth by truth .
49 years in this house thankfully my parents are not alive to see the shame I can look out my kitchen window and see the hospital I was born in a mere 5 minutes walk .
No matter what part of the house I look at it has a memory , each piece of furniture , each piece of wall paper .
I am in a profession in which I help to care for the most innocent in society and even though my pain is so great I have to be positive and happy as their life journey has just begun .
Given what has happened to the individuals who are part of a extended family to me I hope I do not let them down when I see them .
I have nothing left to lose , my purpose will be to humiliate and expose those who have been blowing holy smoke , expect no mercy or quarter , DEO VINDIECE .[V]

Best wishes Pinalta. Yours has been a harrowing tale on here, and I do hope you get a resolution to your dispute which much engulf your thoughts most of the day.
Perhaps out of Pinalta's case certain things will be more tightly scrutinised in the future i.e. trustee fees. I certainly hope if those involved in Pinalta's dispute stumble upon this forum they are squirming as they read his account.
