Hi there
Just wondered, does your protected trust deed come to an end three years on your original signing date, or three years on the date it became protected?

Your Trust Deed comes to end once you have paid all 36 contributions, and all the assets have been realised. Ideally that should be within 3 years (and 4/6 weeks for finalisation) after the original signing date.
