hello again, sorry if im being a pain today.
may i ask, is the date the trust deed ends the date of my final 36th payment?
or does it end the date ur last payment to the nominal fee is made? (im paying £250 1 month then £250 2 months after my final payment)
or does it end when my company write to me & say im discharged? (am i right in saying this is about 6-8 weeks after final payment? or is this date backdated to the final payment date)
suppose im confused what actually is my final payment cause my 36th payment was 10th may but iv still £250 June & £250 July for my £500 nominal payment

Lots of variations and thoughts on this, but discharge date would be date it's recorded by AIB in the register of insolvencies.

To add to Marks point... that will not happen until after all payments have been completed, which includes payments connected to this £500 fee.
