Check any terms of reference for the job to see if insolvency is mentioned.

Hi andy84,

Are you concerned that your employer may find out?

Your Trustee will not normally advise your employer that you have entered into a Trust Deed.

As others have said, you want to check the terms of your contract etc regarding Trust Deeds and Insolvency.
