i have a couple of creditors still showing default on files, I am chasing these but it's a tiresome process... I will be 6years in March next year, the question is when these drop of file will lenders still be able to see the defaults if the companies haven't changed to ps or satisfied. Or is file clear?
Thanks.

Hi Bravator.

I don't know for sure, but my guess would be that the debt would drop off your credit report six years after a default notice was issued.

Morning Bravator,

I am in the same boat as you, just waiting for them to drop off.

Pleased to report that the earliest default dropped off after 6 years as scheduled.
