Im thinking about taking out an trust deed but i am a temp worker so all the different sites i work at and my pay goes up and down with it, If i was say on ?ú18000 a year and this then dropped to ?ú16000, Do i still have to pay the same back the same amount agreed to the trust deed or do i pay back less

Hi ebayking

Yes, the contributions can/should come down. However the period of the Trust Deed will be extended.

It is important to be aware that it is the proposal to creditors which counts ie say it was 36 x ?ú250 = ?ú9000, then the ?ú9k needs to be achieved.

Hi ebayking,

Another question of clarification I'm afraid. Between this and your other post are you saying that you were previously in an IVA (which has ended) and are now considering a Trust Deed to deal with new debts?
