How would I go about finding what the original return which was purposed to my creditors ? I tried contacting the firm which dealt with my PTD and the IPA who is meant to be dealing with my complaint and both have chosen to ignore me yet again . Given that I meant to get the tribunal ruling at the end of this month is silence good or bad ?. Regardless of the tribunal ruling I will be making an complaint aS TO THE WAY MY CASE HAS BEEN DEALT WITH , OVER 3 YEARS AND i KNOW NOTHING [:(!].

You could try submitting a "subject access request" to your trustee and/or the IPA under the Data Protection Act.

Regards the silence, I think most people who have read your contributions about this saga will have formed a view that something significant may be going on behind the scenes.

Subject access report has been made today as the IPA have yet again informed me of further delays .
My ex Trustee has launched an appeal against the tribunals sanctions , but not the tribunals findings against him , ok he has the right to do saw but through previous dealings with him its just another delaying tactic by him .
Given that the IPA has no firm date for the appeal date , this complaint would be worthy of a Klingon drinking song . I look at his cheesy grin each day on his company's web site , I look forward to seeing his cheesy grin removed .[V]

I know absolutley nothing TDA , just that he has appealed against the tribunal sanctions not the rulings against him .[B)]

Had a phone call from the legal council acting for the IPA this afternoon , the little snippets I got, that what ever the tribunal found against him was upheld.
He appealed so that the sanction information would not become public if he won his appeal.
They seemed a bit worried about my subject access application , and the legal council said I will get all the information sooner than waiting 40 days under the access report . I will see how long I can hold my breath for [;)].
