Hi I was finally discharged from a protected Trust deed with Invocas. (Finish payments in Oct 09 yet they did not process the discharge till May 10!)
The problem I am having is that Intelligent Finance and Max Recovery are still sending me statements demanding payment effectively!
What is my next step?

I'd send them a copy of your letter confirming your successful discharge and ask your former trustee to contact them too.
