hi,i made my last payment in june and last week got my letter saying im discharged,do u know how long it takes to show on your credit report as mine still showing my debts?thanks from a very releived guy that it is all over[:)]

Congratulations to you stuartrae1.

I'm not sure how quickly the credit reference agencies pick up on this.

One option might be to write to each of the with a copy of the letter from your trustee, and a request that your file be updated.

The three main credit report agencies are Experian, Equifax and CallCredit and you can access them via the following page:

Some of our debts showed as settled or satisfied within 3 months of discharge,others are still showing up. The trust deed will be on file for 6 years from when it got protected anyway so it doesnt really concern me that some debts are still showing.

Have a virtual beer on me[:D].

I've still got some stuff with the wrong dates, still showing balances owing and that's even after having sent copies of my form 5 to creditors. Might have to get experian to put notes of correction on. That said, my trustee still hasn't discharged themselves.

Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!
