OK
It gets worse.
Just checked my credit report on annualcreditreport.co.uk
and my Trust deed is showing as active, where as before it was showing me as discharged. Digging into the detail it just shows it as disputed, yet I was officially discharged from all debts in May 10 by all creditors?
Help please...

Again, Jabber, I think you will need to contact whichever credit reference agency has the incorrect information and ask them to correct it, sending documentary evidence.
