Hi, Can anyone advise me on the procedures creditors apply after recieving a copy of my discharge letter. I have sent three of my creditors copies of my discharge letter asking them to update their records and also my crdit file. Will they comply with this request ? Are there any other methods or procedures you would advise in this situation.

Give them a chance to update records. If they fail to comply in a timely manner info canbe found on the information commissioners office. Many creditors will update records without a fuss, others will be a pain in the derriere! !
