The woman was trying to put me through to my trustee who I spook to on monday. I said no want a second opinion. I said I got information from trust deed forum she asked if yous were scottish. Put me on hold to speak to someone higher up than just would send out copy of form 5. Still saying I don't need it. I have only had hassle since my trust deed has started. It is good to know I am near the end. Thanks for your advice.
