I've just received my discharge forms. I wanted to say thanks to everyone who makes this forum the most helpful one I've ever used. Through this forum I've been able to understand the ups and downs of my PTD and had great advice about rebuilding my credit record and even opening a bank account. I feel I've had trusted friends to talk to when things looked bleak at the start but every time I went into the forum I came off feeling strong because I could get answers to almost anything because someone had shared their experiences. I'll stil be taking part in the forum because I hope my experience helps others too. Thanks again to you all.

Congratulations to you buffytennant. You sound really pleased and relieved. Would that be about right?

Thanks for your kind words about the people that make up this site.

I'm really glad that you'll stick around as I think that experience being present here in the forum makes a big difference to people who are starting out on their tackling debt concerns.

Hi buffytennant,

Well done on successfully completing your Trust Deed and receiving your discharge.

Every client that I speak with about debt advice I will leave them with details of the forum as it's a fantastic place for finding out information and also I think for reassurance that there are a lot more people financially struggling than people first think. If someone can't talk to family and friends about their situation being able to share their problems on the forum can really help.

Best wishes for the future and enjoy the feeling of being debt free.
