Hi, I can't find my Form 5, is there a way to find out my trust deed discharge date? I need it quite urgently!

Detailed are recorded on the Register of Insolvencies.

If you type your first and surname, it should provide details.
If that fails, I would recommend you speaking with your trustee.

Whether it will still show on the ROI will depend upon when your trustee was discharged, as the entry disappears a year after that. So I imagine you may need to speak to your former trustee to get the date.
