Morning All

I paid my last payment about four weeks ago. I've been on the AIB website but it is not showing my discharge date. Does anyone have any idea of how long this should take to show? Don't want to hassle my Trustee but would like a date!

Thanks

Hi Neverendingstory

Have you received your Form 5? If you have received this then it is a requirement for the Trustee to send a copy of this to the AIB for recording. This lets you know who to chase!

I would expect the AIB to record this in a couple of weeks or less.

I'd suggest very politely hassling your trustee Neverendingstory.

The AIB tend to update their site very quickly, so it would seem that your trustee may not have supplied them with the information yet.

How long will it take your trustee? That's a "piece of string" question unfortunately, and one that only they can answer for you.

It can be done very quickly though.

Hi Mark and TDA

No I still haven't received my Form 5 but was told it could take up to 6 weeks.

I'll wait another couple of weeks and then chase my Trustee.

Thanks.

Hi Neverendingstory

I'm still waiting patiently too. My last payment was
June 1st. So if I receive my form 5 I will
post to let you know.

This waiting is like watching a kettle boil!!!

Hi,

There is no harm in chasing up your relationship manager/Trustee for your Form 5.

Give them a call and ask if it's been processed yet.
