hi .can you give me some advice .my wife and myselfs trust deed was due to finish march 2012.i was made redundant october 2011 so paid lump sum to finish early .after a few weeks we phoned ip for an update but phone kept going to answer machine another few weeks then phone went dead.after a lot of phoning around we found out our ip had been sequestrated .another ip is dealing with the trust deeds .he told us that our ip sent discharge letter at start of november .i have contacted aib who say they have never recieved anything.what can we do as its nearly 3 months since we made our final payment.

Which insolvency firm and ip is dealing with your case?

Trust deed completed Jan 2012,Trustee discharge Nov 2012.

Welcome to the trust deed forum fasteddy.
Presumably the new company have all of the files that were being looked after by the previous insolvency practitioner?
If so, perhaps you could ask them to post you a copy of the letter confirming your discharge?
