Just got a letter from my Trustee (sorry office manager ) coughs !! , my discharge was granted on the 4th of this month .

My sincere thanks to TDA and Mark who have provided hours of help , support and advice .

My complaint against my Trustee is still on going after 14 months , and I am not happy about the way it has been conducted , but at least it has been noted that my Trustee has been time wasting , and most of my points of complaint are now being properly investigated , but will probably have to wait X amounts of months yet again . Get each detail in writing , and if you are not sure , step back and seek further advice and clarification before committing to anything . it is my own opinion that I was pushed into my Trust deed with out being shown other options , all was sweetness and light before signing , after that I was just a golden goose , do not forget to raise the equity question regarding property , and get ALL in writing .

Hi pinalta.

That's great news. We're you expecting this? How do you feel about it?

Bit surprised at the pace of my discharge , after years of inaction on my trustees side , suddenly rapid movement . Stick licking my wounds .
