Should DLA be taken into consideration as income when paying a trust deed

Hi Blair
If household income consists of benefits only, then no. However if this forms part of general household income then it should be used in the calculation if income and expenditure.
Hopefully this makes sense.

Hi legoland1877,
As Mark has said if that's your only income then this shouldn't be taken into consideration but if there are other incomes then it can be looked at and used to cover the bills.
Are you being asked to pay a payment in a Trust Deed from your DLA?
