Hi Robert

Sounds even stranger.

You should get the explanation confirmed in writing. Also ask for a copy of your Receipts and Payments to ensure that all payments you have made have been allocated to the Trust Deed and you are not paying a third party referrer.

Just out of curiosity.. If I've made my final payment and there are no arrears etc. How long will I have to wait till being discharged.. I will ask my trustee but just thought id ask the forum.

You should be able to get your discharge almost immediately.
