Both myself and my husband have trust deeds and we have just seperated and i need soom advice on how this affects our trust deed. I would apreciate any advice you can give me. He is staying in the house and i have moved out in the meantime.

Trust deeds are individual arrangements so there is no fundamental issue if you part your ways.

Will your expenditure change now you have moved out?

As TDA says, your trust deeds are entirely separate, so they can carry on as they are. The problem will be that you both need to get your financial situations reviewed, as now you are running 2 households. You contributions should reflect your new circumstances.
