Hi weemeee.

That's the debtor's discharge date.

The addition of a discharge date on the Register of Insolvencies is the official point at which you become discharged.

Is this a good day weemeee?

im hoping that i’ll never have to go through this again. it’s been a valuable life lesson. TDA what happens with regards to my inhibition, is it instantly recalled or does it take time for it to show as recalled on the registers of scotland ?

Hi weemeee.

The inhibition should be dealt with as part of the process of discharging you.

I'm not aware of any administrative delays that would usually be associated with this.
