Hi, just checked my case on the AIB website. if there is a date showing next to debtor discharge date, what does that mean??
Hi TDA, so if it shows a date does that mean i have been discharged ?
well if that’s the case, then yes it’s a great day. just been checking the AIB site every now and then and when i saw there was a date against debtor discharge i wasn’t sure if it meant that or not. yipeee
I remember that day 12 years ago now boom ppi issues and expecting my name to re appear on it although I know am still discharged still name re appearing is bad enough
im hoping that i’ll never have to go through this again. it’s been a valuable life lesson. TDA what happens with regards to my inhibition, is it instantly recalled or does it take time for it to show as recalled on the registers of scotland ?
Hi TDA, thanks for your advice, i’m absolutely buzzing, it looking like it’s finally done and dusted
thanks guys, i’ve got a solicitor friend doing a search on the registers to see if it’s also show my inhibition as recalled. fingers crossed it has and we can finally get our house on the market
Congratulations weemeee on the completion of your Trust Deed.
Best wishes for the future and enjoy being debt free.

thanks Swandog, it doesn’t yet show my inhibition as recalled on the register but wouldn’t imagine will be too long till it does, form 5 will do for now.
