If like me, you feel undecided, worried and scared of which route to take when Debts., are mounting to such a scale there is no money left after you have paid your bills and it is affecting every aspect of your life, family, work-life, sleeping, eating, breaking out in sweats, no real interest in life anymore just going through the motions of living and just barely making minimum payments realising the balance is never going to come down for years and the interest eats up the min., payment, wondering how you are going to survive financially the following month, cards are maxed out and debt is growing arms and legs a big head and running away.

I had read posts on this forum on and off from last year sought advice from Step change, kept getting different people on the phone wasn't happy with some aspects of information that I was given (realise lots of people have had great help from them, me included) but somehow it wasn't right for me and then approx., 5 or six weeks ago took the plunge and posted my problem on this forum, hoping for some help, because I no longer knew how to cope with my crippling debts. Tried dealing with it myself and was failing badly.

Picked up the phone and I was very nervous, had a long conversation with David Tannock of Wyllie & Bisset, from that moment on I have received 1st Class advice from a truly lovely man who knew what he was talking about, very professional, pleasant and imparted information in layman's terms. Couldn't remember everything that I wanted to ask, something else would pop into my head that concerned me and David said that I could phone or text him which I did. Always received a reply.

David listened to me, give me extensive advice on All of the options available to me and helped tremendously on what was the best solution to my Debts., and from that moment on he answered all of my questions and took away any doubts and fears away that I had.

Signed my Trust Deed yesterday, yes I wish that I hadn't gotten so deeply into debt but the reality was, I had.

I Thank everyone on this forum, especially David whom has helped me tremendously.

So if like me, you are thinking "I can't cope anymore" and are going around in Circles.

Please pick up the phone and seek advice from David or Kevin. It took me a long, long time to get to this stage and my regret is that wished I had phoned sooner, am positive they will help you find the correct solution for you, there is no harm in phoning you are not committing yourself to anything until you are 100% ready to do so.

Many Thanks
Zandra

Well done to you Zandra for taking the time to find help you were comfortable with and then accepting the advice.

We're really very lucky to have David and Kevin associated with this site.
